Meet Chef Troy

Troy Stewart is an Ottawa-based chef with a passion for helping others discover the joy of cooking. After building a successful catering and private chef business, Troy’s life took a turn with an Ataxia diagnosis. Today, he teaches adaptive cooking techniques to people with disabilities—helping others gain the same confidence and freedom he found through food.

I look forward to seeing you in class and creating fun easy healthy meals together!” -Chef Troy
