Cooking with Troy is a new webinar and live demonstration series from NAF featuring Chef Troy Stewart, a professional chef living with Gluten Ataxia. These fun, engaging sessions are designed to help people of all ability levels build confidence and independence in the kitchen. Whether you’re looking to master meal prep or just want to try something new, you’ll learn tips, tricks, and simple recipes you can use right away.
Troy Stewart is an Ottawa-based chef with a passion for helping others discover the joy of cooking. After building a successful catering and private chef business, Troy’s life took a turn with an Ataxia diagnosis. Today, he teaches adaptive cooking techniques to people with disabilities—helping others gain the same confidence and freedom he found through food.
“I look forward to seeing you in class and creating fun easy healthy meals together!” -Chef Troy
