Chelsea completed an advanced board-certified neurologic physical therapy residency program and later earned her PhD at Columbia University in New York\, where her work focused on exercise and brain health in people with degenerative cerebellar ataxias. \nHer clinical and research career has centered on improving how we measure and support real-world function for people living with ataxia and related conditions.
