VIRTUAL Self Compassion Through Mindfulness and Drawing Session

Mindfulness is identified as a tool for so many with chronic pain, but sitting still and meditating doesn’t work for most. I would like to demonstrate and guide participants through more active ways to achieve mindfulness with drawing, and at the same time having an emphasis on being self compassionate through the process. This class should be accessible for all ages, please have something to draw on and something to draw with.
