Guest Speaker: Stephanie Trump Johnston and she will be doing chair yoga with us

Stephanie’s Bio:

Stephanie Trump Johnston, M.S., M.A., E-RYT 500 began her professional career as a Speech Language Pathologist and spent over 25 years specializing in the treatment of adults with neurological problems. She began practicing yoga over twenty years ago and found it so beneficial that she eventually earned her initial Yoga Teacher Certification at the Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta, Georgia in 2000. She earned a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology and has a particular interest in the relationship between psychological and yogic theories. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist and is an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University – Harrisburg Campus where she teaches classes in Yoga, its history, and philosophy. She owns Free Spirit Yoga in Hershey, PA. She specializes in stress related problems and has had a long-standing passion for learning and teaching practical strategies that not only decrease stress and enhance physical and emotional well-being, but which also allow for the possibility of living our lives in a more genuine and authentic.
