"My name is Helen Hendershot. I have CECBA a genetic form of a Ataxia. I am a mother of 3. Two of my children were prior to my onset and my youngest was two when my Ataxia took over. I get so much out of cooking with Troy and look forward to the next one!"
"Every class I’ve taken with Troy has been wonderful. He’s inventive and engaging. For example, in one class we made pizza on pita bread, and in another, his gazpacho recipe inspired me to make it for my friends. He also shares many practical tips — like how to use a finger guard technique when cutting vegetables."
"I found Troy's spirit & cooking techniques truly inspiring."
