Patient, adult of child, independently of type of insurance, gets an appointment by a phone call to +51 1 4117779 (available from 8am – 1pm Monday-Friday). Patients with SIS insurance require getting a referral form to our institution from a general hospital. we provide both, presencial face to face and remote/telemedicine appointments.
