Support group meetings are a great way to socialize and learn with others who are affected by Ataxia. We welcome you to join us! The discussion is led by our volunteer Support Group Leaders, who are looking forward to helping you connect with others.

Our December support zoom call will now be on Sat. Dec.14 at 9:00 am to enable those persons attending the Orange County Ataxia Christmas Luncheon, in Fountain Valley.
Our December meeting with focus on helpful hints for the holidays. We can assist each other having more enjoyable gatherings by offering suggestions you use to reduce stress.
