Donations accepted from across Michigan. Donations rarely accepted from other states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Preexisting Patient or Study Participant Restrictions
Donors are preferred to be preexisting patients or study participants, however, some exceptions are made.

Other Restrictions
There must be a clinical diagnosis of Ataxia

Tissue Use Restrictions
Tissues donated to this brain bank are restricted for ataxia research use only.

Fees:
No fees to the donor.
