Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care f your physical health. Finding a mental health therapist can feel overwhelming and the process can be daunting. This presentation will provide a general overview of recommended tips to locate a mental health therapist that is a good “fit”. Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences around this topic.
