The National Ataxia Foundation is proud to sponsor the continuation of the Let’s Move Exercise and Wellness Program, a virtual series hosted by Johns Hopkins University. This engaging group program is designed for people with movement disorders, focusing on balance, core strength, and movement coordination in a safe, supportive environment.
Most exercises are performed while seated, with optional standing activities offered for those who are able. Whether you are looking to improve strength, increase mobility, or simply move together with others, this series provides a welcoming way to stay active and connected.
Through our partnership with Johns Hopkins University, this program will continue this fall—bringing expert-led, accessible exercise directly to your home each week.
