The Clinical Research Consortium for the Study of Cerebellar Ataxia (CRC-SCA) continues to collect longitudinal data and biospecimens for research participants who have a confirmed diagnosis of SCA 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 27B, or RFC1 Ataxia/CANVAS.  The following data is available to the Academic Research Community by following the process below.

How to Request CRC-SCA Data

1. Review the policy and follow the guidelines.

2. Fill out Appendix 1 from the guidelines and attach your scientific proposal.

3. Send Appendix 1 and your proposal to Dr. Sheng-Han Kuo.
