President Barack Obama signed the Achieving a Better Life Experience, or ABLE Act, on December 19, 2014, as part of the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014. This law will allow qualified individuals with disabilities to have tax-free savings accounts.

This workshop provides an overview of the ABLE Act, as well as special needs trusts, and how they may help to ensure quality of life for dependents with special needs.

This webinar will be most useful to those who had disease onset before the age of 46 or who have dependents or loved ones who are or were under that age when they became disabled.
