Virtual Research Opportunity

University of Nebraska-Lincoln – Sensorimotor Integration for Swallowing and Communication Lab

Investigators at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are seeking adults with ataxia and their caregivers to participate in a survey study. This study will help us understand how individuals with ataxia experience and navigate swallowing difficulties. The survey takes approximately 20-40 minutes to complete and will guide future research into the nature and management of swallowing disorders associated with ataxia. There are no known risks involved in this research.

Eligibility: Adults who have been diagnosed with ataxia (any subtype) or who are primary caregivers of someone with ataxia are eligible to participate in the study. You must be at least 19 years of age and able to read/write in English to participate.
