A gift in her name is a simple way to honor or remember a mom this Mother's Day
Give a gift to NAF this Mother’s Day. Not only will you be celebrating a mom or her memory, you’ll be impacting the lives of others affected by Ataxia. With your donation, we will send a handwritten Mother’s Day card to the person or their family acknowledging the gift you gave on their behalf.
Mother's Day Card Service for Each Donation
There are 2 easy steps to sign up for Mother’s Day card service from NAF:
- Donate by May 14, 2023
- Complete the Tribute/Memorial information during your donation
- Select “In memory of” for a mother who has passed away or “In honor of” for a mother who is still with us
- Include the name and mailing address of the person you would like to receive the Mother’s Day card
