We’re excited to share something new from the St. Louis Support Group—and yes, we’re bragging just a little!
In addition to our regular monthly Zoom meetings, we’ve started hosting a quarterly in-person event called Coffee and Conversation. These gatherings are purely social—no planning, no housekeeping—just good food and great company. It’s our latest way to connect with members and build community beyond the screen. And so far, it’s been a big success!
Rain or Shine—We Showed Up!
Thanks to everyone who braved the blustery weather and rain to join us for our most recent Coffee and Conversation at Eckert’s! We had a great turnout, with 10 members showing up to enjoy lunch and each other’s company.
We almost forgot to take a group photo again (oops!), so not everyone made it into the picture. A shoutout to Chiquita, Lionel, and Emily—we missed your smiling faces in the snapshot! Featured in the photo: Bob, Diane, Claudia, Emma, Emma’s Mom, Shannon, and Dennis. Bob, you’re absolutely glowing.
Good Food, Great People
After lunch, a few of us wandered over to the Country Store and Bakery to browse—and yes, we left with some tasty treats. The day was full of laughter, good conversation, and a reminder of how special it is to spend time together in person.
Our next Coffee and Conversation will be in July, somewhere in Missouri. Stay tuned—we hope to see even more of you there!
